Boot puller - project

A simple-enough woodworking project involving some cutting with a bandsaw, jigsaw (or a coping saw to develop arm muscles), and then screwing pieces together, this useful garden/household aid can be of year-long benefit. Position it just outside the back door to avoid muddy boot prints everywhere.
